Owner occupancy at Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale Residences: In the Residential section, Owners may occupy their Condos on a full-time basis or may rent them with a minimum Lease period of 1 Year. In the Condo Hotel section of the Ritz-Carlton, Owners may occupy their Units or may rent them to Hotel Guests through the Hotel’s Rental Management program and earn rental revenue.
